Visual Identity

Branding + Web Design
Waverly Homes builds custom and predefined model homes in London, Ontario. I refreshed its visual identity, designed and developed a custom WordPress website, and extended the brand across stationery, signage and vehicle graphics. Working directly with the business manager and lead real estate agent, I also managed the technical setup and provided ongoing support.

A consistent presence, from first impression to first enquiry.

The challenge
Waverly Homes needed a more contemporary presence and a clearer way to connect with prospective buyers. Its existing website functioned like a brochure, while the identity was difficult to reproduce consistently across digital and physical materials.
The solution
As the sole designer and developer, I brought the brand, website and supporting materials together. The work combined visual design with practical tools to help prospective buyers explore homes and contact the team.
The outcome
The refreshed identity helped present Waverly Homes as a modern home builder in London, Ontario. A consistent visual presence connected its website and physical materials, while online enquiry forms gave prospective buyers a new way to reach the team.
